Responsibilities: -Manage and coordinate all human resources activities, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration -Develop and implement employee policies and procedures -Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations -Develop and implement training and development programs -Assist with payroll and benefits administration -Conduct exit interviews and analyze data -Support the organization’s diversity and inclusion initiatives Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field -At least 1 year of experience in HR or related field -Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations -Excellent organizational and communication skills -Ability to maintain confidentiality -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills: -Certification or advanced training in Human Resources -Experience with HRIS systems -Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation -Familiarity with recruiting and selection processes -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with employees
